f Première by H&S is a FashionTV-branded residential development by Home & Soul, set just off the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and overlooking the motor racing track. The brochure introduces it as "Signature Residences For The Distinguished" and presents the scheme as branded residences built around a fashion-led identity.
The development is planned as a cluster of towers on a single landscaped podium. The site plan names a guard room and gated main entry, a tower entrance plaza, a jogging path, lawns and greens, a kids' play area, a pavilion, sit-out spaces, an amphitheatre, a tennis court, a basketball and badminton court, a main pool with a separate kids' pool, a pool deck, a juice bar and seating under canopy.
Homes are offered as a choice of 2 and 3 BHK residences. The floor plans printed in the brochure cover a 2 BHK, a 2 BHK with terrace, two 2 BHK LX layouts, a 3 BHK and a 3 BHK LX, with unit areas from 1,256.68 sq ft to 2,604.17 sq ft and carpet areas from 666.83 sq ft to 1,391.81 sq ft. The brochure states that all areas are tentative and indicative, and that the buyer agrees to a variation of up to 20 per cent in the area of the flat.
Residents' facilities named in the brochure are Club Premiere with a grand pool, gymnasium, steam room and multipurpose hall, and an exclusive residents' Sky Lounge set on levels 22 and 23. The printed specification lists premium vitrified tiles to the living, dining and passage areas, laminated wooden flooring or vitrified tiles to bedrooms, UPVC windows, sliders and doors, wooden laminated or veneered flush doors, full-height ceramic tile cladding with premium CP fittings and chinaware to the toilets, a granite counter and stainless steel sink with drain board in the kitchen, anti-skid exterior tiles to balconies, and balcony railings with toughened glass panels.
