The Omaxe State is a 50.4-acre destination in Dwarka, New Delhi, developed by Omaxe in a public-private partnership with the Delhi Development Authority. Omaxe calls it India's first 5-in-1 destination, organised into five districts: Sports, Shopping, Food, Hospitality and Social.
The Shopping District is planned as India's first air-conditioned high street rather than a conventional mall: G+1 floors of premium shopping with 4.2 km of shop frontage across the ground and first floors, shop heights of 18 ft and 36 ft (approximate), and a 5-screen multiplex. The Food District covers about 500,000 sq ft with 40+ restaurants, lounges, night clubs and bars, food trucks, kiosks and cafés, and 3 drive-throughs.
The Sports District is anchored by a 30,000-seat international cricket and football stadium built to ICC and FIFA standards, with a 2,000-seat international multi-sport indoor stadium, an Olympic-size swimming pool, a 75,000 sq ft e-sports zone and courts for volleyball, futsal, tennis, basketball and squash. The Hospitality District adds an invite-only sports cum leisure club and hotel with luxury rooms, 2 banquet halls for 1,500 guests each, party lawns for 2,000 and 3 gymnasiums. The Social District is designed for concerts and events for up to 100,000 people, with fountains, kiosks and giant screens.
The site sits on Dabri–Gurgaon Road beside Dwarka Sector 19B, next to the 200-acre Bharat Vandana Park and close to Yashobhoomi (IICC), the Diplomatic Enclave, the golf course, Dwarka Expressway and UER-II. IGI Airport is about 20 minutes away. The project is registered with Delhi RERA under DLRERA2024P0003; all visuals are artistic impressions.
